Tony Savo’s experience in this business extends back to 1974, when he was an active partner in Lambton Metal Works Ltd.. In June 2004 Tony established his own company, Lambton Metal Service. STRUCTURAL STEEL - PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR
We have an opportunity for a skilled and experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our dynamic team at Lambton Metal Service. As a leading structural steel company, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations. We are seeking a talented individual to lead our project management and estimating efforts, ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.
Position: Project Manager / Estimator Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

Implement effective project management methodologies to drive successful project completion.
Estimating:
-
Conduct thorough cost analysis for potential projects.
-
Prepare accurate and competitive project bids.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve estimating processes.
Client Relations:
-
Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project updates.

Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in the Structural Steel Industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

In-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices.

Proficient in project management and estimation software/tools.
Qualifications:

5 years of minimum experience in project management and structural steel estimating.
